**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Counsellor with a keen interest in the Education industry to join our institute. As a counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students who aspire to pursue a career in our creative courses. Your primary responsibility will be to provide face-to-face counselling, highlight the unique features of our programs, and assist students in making informed decisions about their academic journey.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)**:

- Conduct personalized face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students to understand their passion, interests, and career goals related to the fashion industry.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our programs, courses, and curriculum, enabling you to effectively advise students on the most suitable options for their aspirations.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills and a deep knowledge of courses to convert prospective students into enrolled students, emphasizing the benefits of our institute and programs.
- Establish strong relationships with prospective students and their parents/guardians, creating a supportive and friendly environment for counselling and highlighting the institute's commitment to their success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, competitor offerings, and changing market demands to tailor counselling strategies accordingly.

**Qualification & Experience**
- **Bachelor's degree.**:

- **Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or related roles (Freshers can also apply)**:

- **Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and English languages is essential, enabling effective communication with diverse students**:

- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting targets and converting leads into enrolments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and engage with prospective students.
- Display empathy and understanding towards the aspirations and concerns of students and their families.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster positive relationships with students.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
