Immediate requirement for Transport assistant position.

6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience with a minimum qualification ( Puc or UG)
- Provide assistance to the Transport Manager in managing all Transport functions, security issues and Employee and students transportation services and any other administrative functions as deemed.
- Maintain appropriate records of all reports to ensure smooth operations
- Attending the bus/ car complaints and their speedy resolution.
- Track the buses at pick up and drop time, help the students to report on time.
- Parents enquiry management
- Build a good working culture with drivers.
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Fast typing skills and knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
