**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to address and resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Provide support for audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting processes.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (internships included).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
