**Job Title: Accounts Executive - Chemical Manufacturing Firm**

Ltd. today has established a strong domestic & international presence and caters to various Industries like Home & Personal care, Metal Finishing, Agro Chemicals, Textile Industries, Leather chemicals, Pharmaceutical, Paint & Pigments, Emulsion Polymerisation, Construction Chemicals & Cement Admixtures, Oil Field and Gas Treatment Plants, etc.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Strong Knowledge of Bank reconciliation ,account receivable, General Ledger and accounts payable
- Prepare Sales Bill, GST Delivery Challan & E-way Bill, Labour challan & Work Order,Purchase order
- Internal controls knowledge sufficient to maintain high operating level of control environment.
- Prior knowledge and experience with SAP and other data tools Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including pivot and look-up table functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral is a must.
- Good quantitative, analytical, systemic and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong personal presence.

**Key Skills**:

- SAP ,accounts payable ,invoice processing

**Mandatory**:

- Strong Knowledge of bank reconciliation ,asset accounting and accounts payable

Experience : 2 - 6 yrs

**Job Location **: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Working Days **: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday half day)

**Qualification **: Graduate

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400059, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
