Job Position: Interconnection Utility Coordinator

Location : Noida, Kochi, Trissur, Mumbai

- A leader in Solar Design & Engineering Services, we provide solar PV designs, drafting, modeling, engineering, and quality checking services to some of the leading solar installation companies in the USA. This rapidly growing company has historical success in all markets and is looking to continually grow the portfolio through the addition of motivated and enthusiastic team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving any rejection sent by utility companies by using problem solving skills.
- Contacting customers when appropriate to resolve utility rejections.
- Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring all required documentation is submitted to customers for signature.
- Occasionally taking inbound calls by either utility companies or customers about resolving utility rejections or getting customer's systems turned on.
- Other duties as assigned. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in work experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce CRM
- 1-5 years’ experience in residential solar interconnection or permitting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships.
- Basic knowledge of utility distribution grid interconnections, net metering, renewable energy

Ability to understand basic electrical concepts (e.g., voltage, current, power, energy)
- Interconnection experience with backup batteries required.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to work US working hours.

- Ability to operate office equipment including computers
- Ability to interact and participate in meetings
