**Responsibilities**:

- **Company Outreach**: Actively engage with companies in various industries to identify and secure job vacancies suitable for our students.
- **Student Counseling**: Provide career guidance and counseling to students, assisting them in understanding their strengths, interests, and career goals.
- **Interview Preparation**: Prepare students for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing tips on resume writing, cover letters, and interview techniques.
- **Job Placement**: Facilitate the placement of students in appropriate companies by coordinating interviews, following up with employers, and ensuring a smooth placement process.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and track the placement success of students, analyzing placement data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Employer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring their satisfaction with our placement services.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computers and relevant software
- Knowledge of the job market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

**Compensation**:

- Salary will be based on performance and results achieved.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
