**Tally ERP Operator**

A Tally ERP Operator is responsible for managing financial data in the Tally ERP software, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining records related to accounts, inventory, and statutory compliance. The role involves data entry, report generation, and supporting the accounts team in managing day-to-day financial activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry & Record Maintenance**:

- Accurately input financial transactions, invoices, bills, and receipts into Tally ERP.
- Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- **Accounting Functions**:

- Assist in maintaining ledgers, trial balance, and balance sheet.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- **GST, TDS & Other Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations and audits.
- **Report Generation**:

- Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other management reports.
- Provide financial insights to the management team for decision-making.
- **System Management**:

- Ensure the Tally ERP system is up-to-date with the latest version and patches.
- Troubleshoot Tally-related issues in collaboration with IT support.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with the accounts team, vendors, clients, and auditors for smooth financial operations.
- Address inquiries related to accounting and taxation promptly.
- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.Certification in Tally ERP is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version).
- Knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with tax regulations ( Sales Billing, GST.)
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- **Experience**:
1-3 years of experience as a Tally Operator or in a similar role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
