**Job Title**: Tele caller Executive - Real Estate (Only Female)

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1 year
- (Real estate telecalling experience will be an added advantage)_

**Job Summary**:
**Executive Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent Communication - written and verbal.
- Making calls to customers for fixing appointments for site visits.
- Once the lead is qualified defined a process to ensure every qualified lead is aggressively followed for site visits.
- Guiding and explaining project detail to the customers
- Property listing on the web portal and generating leads.
- Making good relations with the back office & Builder sales team.
- Keep accurate records of calls & conversions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience
- Prior experience in real estate is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Real estate telecalling : 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
