Accountable for the team’s timely and accurate payroll
- includes all interface and payroll processing activities,
- Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation
- includes reconciliation of results and audit checks.
- Manage client issues work with client and internal partners to classify, prioritize and follow-up.
- Identify, recommend and implement process improvement methodologies that strengthen service delivery.
- Act as a Checker to review various Payrolls (On-Cycle, Off-cycle and ROEs etc) worked & ready to deliver by the Maker (by the Team or Another Lead’s Team) Skills and Experience Experience in managing a team with accountability and ownership for end to end hands-on processing payroll and year end activities. Experience and Knowledge in US Payroll and Other contries will be an added advantage. Strong ability to interpret & follow Business Runbook / Payroll Procedure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,376.00 per month
