**Job Summary**
General Purpose:
Facilitate smooth running of the showroom along with visiting various sites and offices in order to enhance business development and growth. Should be able to take a lead role and be able to work between all sites as required, providing high level of service to all, regardless of need.
- Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target.
- Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
- Support Sales & Marketing Manager in marketing targets;Preparing marketing proposals
- Assisting in resolving any problems; Developing marketing channels
- Assists for After-Sales Support by following-up on orders to ensure satisfactory completion of the company's contract terms (requirements,delivery, payment schedule, etc.); and by troubleshooting problems in a timely manner; by developing new marketing channels.
- Prepares quotations and follow-ups with orders
- Assists the clients in the process of product selection
- Takes the clients' orders and to sells the available products
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Detailed duties**:
1. Undertake the sales role in the showroom.
2. Meet with the manager weekly to plan and review.
3. Facilitate effective showroom presentation, display and pricing.
4. Greet and welcome customers, dealing with enquiries as appropriate.
5. Process Sales, dealing with customers on an individual basis.
6. Assist with cash processing and record keeping as required.
7. Visit client sites and give sales presentations.
8. Work on own initiative and as part of a team to ensure that the mission of FURNSTYL is understood and promoted at all times.
9. Assist in other areas as directed by the Management Team.
**Key Skills**
good communication skills,, experience in selling home furniture and customised furniture preffered, Strong negotiation skills
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
- Minimum Experience: at least 02 years working experience in relevant position
- Languages: Good in English
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
