**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage in B2B sales to promote surgical disposables and medical devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market areas.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate or Diploma from a recognized institute.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing is mandatory).
- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for work.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude.
