**Responsibilities**

Craft and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

**Financial Reporting**:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reports, adhering to standards.

Provide insightful financial data to the executive team.

**Cash Flow Management**:
Monitor and optimize cash flow for stability.

Implement effective working capital strategies.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Maintain robust internal controls.

**Cost Management**:
Analyze and control costs for enhanced profitability.

Initiate cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.

**Investment Analysis**:
Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend capital allocation.

Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects.

**Collaboration**:
Align financial objectives with department heads and business goals.

Serve as a strategic partner to senior executives.

**Team Leadership**:
Mentor finance team, fostering accountability and growth.

Implement training programs to enhance skills.

**Audit and Compliance**:
Coordinate with auditors for timely audits.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

**Experience - **10+ Years

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 5 years (required)
