They specialize in the manufacturing of vitamins, minerals, carotenoids, coenzyme Q10, herbals & botanicals, natural oils, and dietary supplements. **Role Description** This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Tender Executive. The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the tendering process for the company. Their primary duties include generating tender documents, responding to tender requests, analyzing tender data, and ensuring that all documents are accurate and complete. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in B.Pharm, B.Sc, BBA, or a related field. - Experience working in a manufacturing environment,(Fresher Can also apply) - Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. - Awareness of tendering procedures. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tender submission deadlines. - Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tender documents. **Responsibilities** - Manage the tendering process for pharmaceutical projects, including understanding project requirements, preparing necessary documents, and meeting submission deadlines. - Analyze tender documents and perform a thorough review to identify risks, opportunities, and requirements. - Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and related correspondence for reference and future use. - Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards throughout the tendering process.
