**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Teach English language and literature to grades 11 and 12 (or as per school requirements).
- Focus on enhancing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills while covering grammar, comprehension, and essay writing.
- Deliver lessons that encourage analytical thinking and creative expression.
- **Literature Studies**:

- Teach a wide range of texts, including prose, poetry, and drama, from classical to modern literature, as per the prescribed syllabus.
- Guide students in literary analysis, critical appreciation, and understanding themes, characters, and narrative styles.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with CBSE/ICSE/IB/state board requirements.
- Create supplementary resources, including handouts, notes, and multimedia presentations, to enhance student engagement.
- Incorporate interactive teaching techniques such as group discussions, debates, role-playing, and storytelling.
- **Student Assessment & Feedback**:

- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to monitor academic progress.
- Provide personalized feedback to students to help them improve their skills.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and academic competitions.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure adherence to school policies.
- **Communication Skills Development**:

- Encourage students to enhance their vocabulary and fluency through interactive activities.
- Develop students’ public speaking, debate, and presentation skills.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in English teaching methodologies and changes in curriculum requirements.
- Attend workshops, training programs, and seminars for professional growth.
- **Extracurricular Engagement**:

- Organize and participate in activities such as literary fests, drama clubs, creative writing competitions, and elocution contests.
- Encourage student participation in inter-school and intra-school events.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
