**About the role**

We are looking for a young and impassioned Marketing Communications Executive to join our team.

**Main Responsibilities**

Development and management of the marketing and communications strategy in line with company objectives

Identify target markets and how best to reach them

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns,measuring results

Manage and implement promotional/advertising campaigns, negotiating best prices

Monitor competitors, identifying new marketing opportunities

Protect brand reputation through social monitoring (i.e. responding to online comments, feedback, reviews and complaints)

Manage PR and media relations to raise brand awareness and company profile, identifying and utilising PR opportunities to reinforce the company’s credibility

Attending and playing an active role at exhibitions and shows

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the generation of regular quality content from across the business

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate marketing and communications campaigns

Produce a monthly report on marketing and communications campaign effectiveness, identifying and taking acting on areas for improvement

In addition, you will handle all communication related to our university partners, school partners, event partners, and existing & prospective clients.

**Key Requirements**

2 years previous solid marketing/communications experience in a similar role

Experience of identifying gaps in the market using advertising and press and online campaigns, promotional events, and social media to attract business

Website Management

Experience of writing press release/articles

Managing social media

Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
