We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Glass Sales Executive** responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and delivering Float & Figured glass solutions. Success in this role demands a blend of product expertise, consultative selling, and relationship-building.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Actively identify and drive new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed performance targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, retailers, and end customers.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and manage follow-up.
- **Market Insights & Strategic Planning**:
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitive offerings, and pricing dynamics.
- Use insights to tweak sales strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- **Sales Process & Administration**:
- Prepare and share accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts with clients. esquire
- Manage order processing, pricing negotiations, and monitor delivery schedules.
- Track sales activity and performance through CRM systems Salesforce), and generate periodic reports.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with internal teams—production, design, and marketing—for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- **Brand Representation & Networking**:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate leads and reinforce brand presence.
- **Customer Service & Problem-Solving**:
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**:
- Any Graduate.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2-5 years in sales, ideally within the Float and figured glass.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
