**KPIs & Job Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales teams
- Assure quality of sales-related equipment and update if necessary
- Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assisting the sales team with scheduling and booking meetings, and with any administrative help (being the «office hands» for field sales)
- Support new hire onboarding (orientation, tools, setup, etc.)
- Collaborate with Sales Leads to map sales plan as per Sales target.
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, interpret patterns and trends for pan India sales.
- Coordination with the Field sales team, taking insights, and enabling the sales team with the required inputs/material
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for process improvements
- Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Completing & growing monthly quarterly sales against Targets
- Design, Develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly reports. Driving best practice sharing across the SBA team and each sales region.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
