
Back Office Telesales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or captured via CRM systems
- Assist customers with queries, product information, pricing, and order status
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the field sales team and provide administrative support as needed
- Generate daily/weekly sales reports and performance summaries
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or back office role is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
