**Responsibilities**:
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.

4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

5. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics and multimedia content for digital channels.

6. Assist in managing and growing social media communities, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring comments and messages.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share relevant insights with the team.

8. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing and maintaining digital assets, coordinating meetings, and managing project timelines.

9. Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

10. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving marketing strategies and tactics.

**Qualifications**:
1. Currently pursuing/Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or recently graduated).

2. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and tools.

3. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and experience using them for personal or professional purposes.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style to different digital platforms.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) is a plus.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.

7. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) is desirable but not required.

9. Previous experience or exposure to digital marketing through coursework, internships, or personal projects is an advantage.

10. A passion for digital marketing, staying informed about industry trends, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
