**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven **Digital Marketing Intern** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with prior agency experience who are eager to contribute to and grow within the digital marketing department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitor analysis.
- Create, curate, and manage content for digital platforms to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
- Support the team in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to execute campaigns effectively.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging tools to propose innovative ideas.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree (Graduation is mandatory). An MBA/BBA in Marketing or related fields is highly preferred.
- **Training**: Completion of a certified digital marketing course is a must.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of SEO/SEM.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
