Reports To: Plant Manager / Production Supervisor

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of biodegradable plastic films and covers.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize production output and minimize waste.
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor raw material usage and ensure proper mixing and feeding into machines.
- Record production data, downtime, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with quality control team to maintain product standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical or process-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and sustainability.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or ITI certification;
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in plastic or biodegradable product manufacturing.
- Familiarity with extrusion machines, film blowing units, or compostable polymer handling is a plus.
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret process parameters.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,575.10 per month
