Job Overview
Supports new and existing programs by recommending, monitoring or adjusting appropriate plant operating procedures to meet program requirements within the manufacturing facility. Coordinates program vendor activities including design, tooling, and parts suppliers to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met according to customer requirements and schedules. Prepares quotations for piece cost and tooling. Provides technical launch support at customer assembly locations. Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional or technical discipline or specialty. May coordinate the work of other lower level professionals or processes and programs. The majority of time is spent supporting the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education (3-4 year University degree). applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.

Essential Functions
- May be member of multiple small IT projects.
- Develops ability to identify and understand business needs.
- Gathers information from business sponsors, identifies requirements.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's Degree, Engineering, Science or Computer Software-related domain, Req
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
- Iterative prototyping skills for communicating ideas with users, Great collaborator who provides a transparent flow of information & ideas
- Excellent decision maker, who can be counted upon to take solid judgments and actions over a long period of time that contributes to successful outcomes
- Forecasting and Measuring are must have skills to track where the product is in terms of timelines, spend and road map prioritization
