**Job Title**:Sales Executive For Interiors Background Only
**Exp**: Min 1-2Years
Package: 20 - 30 per month
**Location**:Hyderabad
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
6. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring profitability.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize sales efforts and meet customer requirements.
8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to management.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or interior design or architecture industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in prospecting for new clients and maintaining existing client accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
