Spoken English Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual or group sessions focusing on speaking skills.
- Design lesson plans that improve vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and overall fluency.
- Create a learning environment that encourages practice and engagement.
- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize interactive activities, discussions, and exercises to promote speaking practice.
- Assess students' proficiency levels and customize lessons to suit their needs.
- Prepare and conduct assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with teaching techniques and learning materials.
- Offer one-on-one mentoring to students when needed.
- Assist students with overcoming challenges related to English communication.
- Provide motivational support to keep students engaged in their learning journey.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an English trainer or teacher.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with students of varying proficiency levels.
- Patience and a passion for teaching.
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
