Job Title: Online/IPO Executive

Job Summary: The Online/IPO Executive in the broking industry plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the online trading platform and overseeing activities related to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). This role involves strategic planning, business development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Online Trading Platform Management:
 Develop and implement strategies to enhance the functionality and use experience of the online trading platform.

 Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the online trading landscape.

 Collaborate with technology and development teams to implement

Platform improvements and updates.

IPO Management:
 Oversee the process of handling Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.  Conduct due diligence on potential IPO clients and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

 Collaborate with investment banking teams to facilitate the smooth execution of IPO transactions.

Business Development:
 Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the online trading business.

 Build and maintain relationships with key clients, institutional investors,

and other stakeholders.

 Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Risk Management:
 Implement risk management measures to safeguard the interests of

clients and the organization.

 Monitor and assess potential risks associated with online trading and IPO activities and develop mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership:
 Lead and manage a team of professionals involved in online trading and IPO activities.

 Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture with in the team.

Reporting:
 Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the online trading platform and IPO activities to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

 Extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in online trading and IPOs.

 In-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and trading

technologies.

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

 Ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.
