**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and decisions.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral. Ensure content is aligned with the companys brand and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Help manage the companys social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring relevant conversations. Contribute ideas to enhance the companys online presence.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events. Assist in logistics, booth setup, and promotional material preparation.
- Marketing Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data-driven findings.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and marketing strategies to identify potential opportunities and stay informed about industry developments.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in maintaining marketing databases, updating customer records, and managing marketing-related documentation.

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in marketing, internships or course work in marketing is a plus. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas. Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude and MBA in Marketing freshers are prefer.
