**Key Responsibilities**:Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation & Control**:

- Prepare and maintain **QMS Manual** and **documented procedures**.
- Develop and implement **Quality Policy** and **Quality Objectives** aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain control procedures for **non-conforming products**.
- Prepare and update **quality plans** and inspection records (receiving, in-process, and final inspection).

**Audits & Corrective Actions**:

- Plan and conduct **internal audits** as per ISO standards.
- Maintain a list of **qualified internal auditors** and their competency records.
- Record and analyze **audit findings**, initiate **corrective & preventive actions**, and monitor closures.

**Customer-Focused Quality**:

- Handle **customer communication** regarding product quality.
- Maintain and respond to **customer complaints** and ensure proper resolution.
- Record and analyze **customer feedback** and prepare **customer satisfaction reports**.

**Inspection & Testing**:

- Supervise and maintain records of **final product inspections** as per Indian Standards, ASTM, EN, and CE.
- Authorize **product release** to key customers (e.g., Reliable, AutClutches, Ambe Corp., Gates).
- Prepare and issue **Final Test Certificates** as per applicable standards.
- Maintain testing and inspection documentation for **raw material, in-process**, and **final product**.

**Laboratory & Equipment Control**:

- Maintain and calibrate a list of **measuring and laboratory equipment**.
- Ensure timely **calibration** and maintain related records.
- Oversee **Non-destructive Testing (NDT)** such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing, including related procedures and records.

**Training & Competency Development**:

- Develop and implement procedures for **training and competence development**.
- Maintain **training records** for critical testing areas such as **microstructure, hardness, tensile testing**, etc.

**Process Monitoring**:

- Maintain process parameter records for **rolling mill, bright bar**, and **wire drawing processes**.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across manufacturing processes.

**Certifications & Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation for **ISO, BIS, and CE certification** processes.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, EN, BIS, and CE standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and audit skills.
- Proficiency in preparing inspection reports, quality plans, and test certificates.
- Familiarity with NDT methods and metallurgical testing techniques.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and customer handling abilities.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing or metallurgical industry (rolling mills, wire drawing, bright bar, etc.).
