Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
- Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction and installation progress to meet design and safety standards.
- Team Coordination:

- Coordinate with contractors, in house teams, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate with designers, architects, and clients to address any site-related issues or changes.
- Quality Control:

- Ensure all work adheres to the approved design, materials, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
- Project Planning:

- Plan daily and weekly site activities in collaboration with the project team.
- Track project schedules and budgets, reporting any deviations.
- Health & Safety Compliance:

- Enforce safety standards on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience supervising interior design projects.
- Strong understanding of modular furniture, construction, materials, and interior detailing.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential and commercial interiors.
- Familiarity with modular and custom furniture installation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
