**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to identify content opportunities, target audience needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure content meets their requirements and supports their initiatives.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Ensure that all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice and style guidelines.
- Review and edit content produced by the Content Writer team to maintain quality and consistency.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Content Writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the Content Writer team and monitor their performance to ensure objectives are met.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide opportunities for training and professional development.
- **Content Optimization and Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor the performance of content initiatives using relevant analytics tools.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our content strategy and maximize ROI.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.09 per month

Supplemental pay types:
