**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves maintaining records, managing daily office tasks, and assisting faculty, staff, and students with administrative needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Clerical Support**:
- Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Assist in photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of student and staff information.
- Update files, databases, and ensure proper storage and organization of documents.
- Assist with data entry and document retrieval as needed.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as required.
- Ensure that all necessary teaching materials and stationery are available.
- **Support for Administrative Functions**:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining attendance records, timesheets, and other institutional documents.
- Support administrative staff during meetings by taking minutes or providing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate schedules for classes, exams, and events.
- **Student Services**:
- Provide basic support to students, such as answering questions about school policies or guiding them to appropriate resources.
- Assist in managing student admission documents and processes.
- **Facility Management**:
- Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the office and classrooms.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for any repairs or facility issues.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing institutional events, workshops, seminars, and meetings.
- Arrange logistics, such as venue bookings, invitations, and necessary equipment.
**Qualifications**:
- Any Degree/ PG
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally in an educational setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly demeanor and ability to handle front-office tasks with professionalism.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
