**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Support and Guidance**:

- Offer one-on-one counselling to students regarding academic performance, emotional well-being, and personal challenges.
- Provide strategies for stress management, time management, and effective study habits.
- **Career and Academic Counselling**:

- Assist students in identifying their interests, strengths, and career goals.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, higher education opportunities, or career paths.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and sessions on career development and educational planning.
- **Emotional and Psychological Support**:

- Identify and address mental health concerns or behavioral issues among students.
- Provide crisis intervention and referrals to mental health professionals, when necessary.
- **Parent and Teacher Collaboration**:

- Communicate with parents and teachers to create a holistic support system for the student.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and challenges.
- **Program Development**:

- Design and implement student wellness programs, including awareness sessions on mental health, bullying prevention, and more.
- Develop orientation programs for new students to help them transition smoothly into the institution.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions while ensuring confidentiality.
- Prepare reports on student progress and challenges for internal review.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
