**About the Role**:
We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented **Performance Marketing Executive** to join our growth team at our Bilekahalli, Bangalore office. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to acquire quality leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like **Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks**.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion with a strong focus on **ROI and CPL targets**.
- Conduct **keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing**, and bid strategy optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate **daily/weekly/monthly reports** with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with **creative, content, sales, and product teams** to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- **0-5 years** of hands-on experience in **performance/digital marketing.**:

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with substantial budgets.
- Strong expertise in tools like **Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools**.
- Solid understanding of landing page optimization, lead quality assessment, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
