- **Attendance and Timekeeping**:Managing attendance records, ensuring timely arrival and proper tracking of work hours, and addressing any issues related to attendance.
- **Training and Development**:Providing necessary training to laborers on safety protocols, proper techniques for specific tasks, and best practices to improve overall performance.
- **Conflict Resolution**:Addressing any disputes or issues that arise among laborers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- **Safety Management**:Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring adherence to regulations, and addressing any safety hazards or concerns.
- **Performance Evaluation**:Monitoring individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and suggesting training or development opportunities as needed.
- **Communication**:Communicating clearly with laborers, explaining task instructions, addressing concerns, and providing updates on project progress.
- **Inventory and Material Management**:Supervising the handling and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring they are properly accounted for and maintained.
- **Quality Control**:Checking the quality of work to ensure it meets standards, identifying any issues and taking corrective action.
- **Report Generation**:Preparing reports on work progress, attendance, and any issues encountered, providing updates to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
