**About Us**:
Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in a wide range of premium teas, including flavored, black, green, and herbal teas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Warehouse Supervisor **to oversee our warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing and Dispatch**:Process all incoming orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
- **Inventory Management**:Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- **Labour Management**:Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- **Pick and Pack Management**:Oversee the pick-and-pack process to ensure accuracy and speed.
- **Production Management**:Collaborate with production teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
- Knowledge in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**:₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
