Job Title: NGO Calling Process Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an NGO Calling Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors, supporters, and partners to promote our organization's mission and secure financial contributions. As an integral part of our fundraising efforts, you will play a crucial role in building relationships, raising awareness, and ensuring the sustainability of our NGO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to individuals, businesses, and organizations to introduce them to our NGO's mission, programs, and initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing donors and supporters through regular follow-up calls, updates, and expressions of gratitude.
- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the impact of our NGO's projects and campaigns, inspiring potential donors to contribute financially.
- Provide detailed information about specific fundraising campaigns, events, and ongoing projects to encourage participation and support.
- Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on donor interactions, contributions, and feedback in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Collaborate with the fundraising and marketing teams to develop and implement calling scripts, strategies, and promotional materials.
- Meet or exceed fundraising goals and targets set by the organization by effectively conveying the importance of financial contributions to the NGO's success.
- Address donor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about the NGO's current projects, campaigns, and overall activities to provide accurate and compelling information to potential supporters.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance calling skills, fundraising knowledge, and understanding of the NGO's mission.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar fundraising or sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for the NGO's mission.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Basic knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
