**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Calling Process. As part of your daily tasks, you will be responsible for making international calls to clients, providing customer support, and addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent service delivery and meet targets.

**Qualifications**
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Customer service experience
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in international calling processes is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
