**Responsibilities**
- Generate and execute advisory projects on ESG/integrated reporting.
- Liaise with national and international networks on ESG/Integrated Reporting
- Develop the ESG portfolio and scale up the activities.
- Conduct training programmes on ESG/integrated reporting

**Skills and Competencies**
- Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong finance & accounting skills
- Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
- Ability to communicate with cross functional teams and executive leadership
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong scientific temper with good analytical skills
- Team player with the ability to multi-task and learn on the job

**Qualifications and Experience**
- MBA Finance, Business Analyst or equivalent
- At least 8- 10 years of experience in ESG/corporate reporting with large corporate and / or audit experience with a public accounting or advisory firm
- Experience in IFRS, ICAI, ICSI, SEBI-LODR or similar accounting groups
