Job Title: Telecaller - Global Visa Department
Location: Arooha Travel and Tourism
Experience: Minimum 1 year
**Responsibilities**:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients regarding visa inquiries, providing detailed information about visa processes, requirements, and documentation.
Collaborate with the visa processing team to coordinate appointments, schedule interviews, and expedite visa processing for clients.
Maintain accurate records of all communication with clients in the CRM system, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Identify potential issues or concerns raised by clients and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Keep abreast of changes in visa regulations and requirements for different countries to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality agreements and data protection regulations, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and documentation.
Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of visa procedures and regulations for different countries is desirable but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or relevant field is a plus.
