The job responsibilities of this person would include,
- To counsel admission/surgical patients based on the plan suggested by the doctor.
- To co-ordination with consultant on daily basis based on surgery advice and conversion.
- To explain the tariff of the concern procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
- To maintain counselling reports on daily basis (Advise, Conversion, Discharge, and Patient wise details).
- To co-ordinate all needs for an IP patient from admission to discharge
- To co-ordinating with TPA / Insurance Dept (Sending Pre-authorization, Getting Approval, Billing).
- To call patients for follow-up and maintaining report for the same.
- To prepare surgery list and hand over the same to concern doctor and CMD, one day before the surgery.
- To visit all IP patients everyday and co-ordinate all their needs and collect feedback

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
