**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Database Management: Oversee the maintenance, organization, and optimization of databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

2. Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide meaningful insights and reports to management and stakeholders.

3. Reporting: Prepare and generate regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to monitor key performance metrics and operational trends.

4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with departments and teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

5. System Development: Assist in the development and enhancement of information systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

6. Troubleshooting: Timely escalation of issues to investigate and resolve issues related to data, systems, and reporting tools, ensuring smooth functioning of MIS processes.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

1) Graduation.

2) 2-5 years’ experience.

**Must have skills**

1) Knowledge of SAP.

2) Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills

3) Analytical skills and excellent experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
