- Oversee daily structural work at the site, including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete works.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage and guide the site workforce, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve desired results.
- Monitor the usage of materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for smooth workflow.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with construction standards.
- Maintain daily reports and site records.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in structural works.
- Prior experience in contractor companies and real estate projects will be preferred.
- Strong technical and supervisory skills.
- Ability to handle site challenges and ensure project timelines.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality management practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
