**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all finishing activities, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and other related works.
- Ensure finishing is executed as per approved drawings, design, and specifications.
- Maintain strict quality standards and timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors for material availability and finishing standards.
- Monitor manpower and subcontractors to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations at site.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and assist in project handover.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of hands-on finishing work experience.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and modern practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be able to deliver quality work within defined timelines.
- Package will be aligned with existing team salary structure.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
