Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive, You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales through proactive door-to-door outreach, effective customer relationship management (CRM), excel spreadsheet management, and overall business development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Door-to-Door Sales**:
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential clients to introduce products or services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Build rapport with potential customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
**2. Excel Spreadsheet Management**:
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with relevant sales data, customer information, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management to assess sales performance.
**3. Sales Generation**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
**4. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services and enhance customer experience.
- Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Track interactions with clients, document sales activities, and manage leads effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless flow of information between departments.
**5. Business Development**:
- Actively participate in business development activities to expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to contribute to the development of new products or services.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Excel.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹9,313.20 - ₹31,517.40 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 3 years (preferred)
