Wulf Marketing Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our wide range of products. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive nature will be key to promoting our offerings and enhancing customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential customers for future sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Record call logs and customer interaction details accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer responses and product interest.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in sales/customer service is preferred.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
- Comfortable with making cold calls and handling rejection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Zirakpur, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
