- Handle complaints or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and rejection.
- Polite, patient, and persuasive.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is a plus.
