Arshak Architects is seeking an experienced site coordinator to join our team. As a site coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with various consultants and clients to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Your main duty will be to monitor the quality of work on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate between different consultants and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Visit the site regularly to monitor the progress of work and ensure that quality standards are being met.
- Keep track of project schedules and ensure that deadlines are being met.
- Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being carried out according to the specified plans and schedules.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and that all safety regulations are being followed.
- Maintain accurate records of all site activities and prepare reports as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed of project progress and any issues that arise.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.
