**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create, curate, and post engaging content (text, image, video, and stories) across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on social platforms to achieve specific marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for designing posts, reels, and videos.
- Track performance metrics using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Support online brand reputation management and influencer collaborations.
- Assist in content scheduling, audience growth, and campaign optimization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience with paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
- Understanding of influencer and community marketing strategies.
- Prior work experience with government, CSR, or public awareness campaigns (if applicable).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
