**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our growing team As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience for all our clients, both B2B and B2C. You will answer phone calls, greet visitors, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls from B2B and B2C leads in a professional and courteous manner.
- Qualify leads, gather information, and determine their needs.
- Schedule appointments and direct leads to the appropriate sales representative.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our company, products, and services.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google sheets, etc. (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive and professional attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
