**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

**Qualification**: B.Tech or BE (Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering)**Experience**: 5 to 8 years as Project Coordinator or in Purchase Dept.
**Time**: 10 AM To 7 PM

**She should have the exposure in the areas of**:

- A **Project Coordinator**is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of projects within an organization. This role typically involves managing resources, schedules, budgets, and communication across teams to ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope.
- Understanding the requirements of potential clients, educate them about our products suitably, offering solutions to their queries, and submit suitable offers in time, responding to clients’ Request For Proposal in time, etc.
- Preparation of BOQ as per clients’ requirement/specification.
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Meeting potential clients in person, telephonically or organize MS/Teams Meeting with clients to create enquiries to grow business.
- Having good interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in English language.
- Creating and maintaining of a good rapport with Vendors and clients and keeping their database and information in Excel Sheet about type of business, Management, CRM, etc., etc.)
- Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring they stay within the approved budget.
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources as needed to keep the project on track.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and document lessons learned for future projects.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project timeline or quality.
- Making follow-up for Purchase Orders, Payment, etc. with client.
- Serve as the point of contact for project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Attending seminars/exhibitions and like events in identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, products and services.
