**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Counseling & Guidance**:

- Provide personalized academic counseling to prospective students regarding the courses and programs offered.
- Help students assess their educational goals, skills, and interests to recommend the most suitable courses.
- Answer questions about curriculum, course structure, assessment methods, and career outcomes.
- Assist students in understanding prerequisites and academic paths to ensure proper course selection.
- **Sales & Enrollment**:

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand student needs, address concerns, and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, prospects, and conversions in CRM systems.
- **Market Research & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new course offerings to provide accurate, timely, and relevant advice to prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment between academic offerings and student interests.
- Regularly provide feedback on student needs, preferences, and potential areas for program expansion or improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
